If you love Balsamic Flavor This Dish is for You!Great way to fix a complete chicken dinner!!I loved all the flavor profiles of this recipe. It made me feel like I was trying a TV food show dish with the combination of saltiness of the mozzarella, acid of the tomatoes, sweetness and tartness of the balsamic vinegar and glaze and deliciousness of spices.Changes – made my own version of Catanzaro herbs, used 4 large leaves of fresh basil and chiffonade them. This dish looked as good on the plate as it tasted in the mouth!!!
So much taste and fun to make! What a wonderful way to jazz up green beans!!Changes made used ¼ C brown sugar, 4 large meat counter bacon slices, fresh green beansLove this tasty side dish!!!
Oooh So Moist, Creamy and Sagey! This recipe was so good I didn’t change a thing!!I love the ease, the flavor and the quickness of making this dinner!!!The accompaniments served were sour cream and chive mashed potatoes and green bean onion sauté. Oh yea and champagne.
Sooo comforting! The familiar flavors of beef, tomatoes, rice and cheese make this dish comforting and bring back childhood memories. The combination of ingredients gives this simplistic meal an upscale vibe especially with the cumin and green chilies!I used a combination of cheddar and Jack cheese and garnished it with both the green onion and cilantro. My husband loved this and even enjoyed it more as leftovers the next night!!
Tacos by ForkI enjoyed the Mexican flavors of this dinner so much I had two servings. It was wonderful to have eaten a great taco dish with a fork! No Messy hands!! I read the reviews and a cooked made two one chicken and one beef. So I added shredded beef too. I halved the recipe and cut the tortillas in quarters.I really like the suggested toppings as this was the first recipe I have rated without improvising because it was done for me. I topped with a drizzle of sour cream, enchilada sauce, jalapeno, green onion, cilantro and red cabbage.Tacolicious!!
Loved the Italian flavors and didn’t miss the calories of the pasta!I’m in love with the base of this recipe. I am making this again and again, changing it up each time to build on its fabulousness!!This was easy to make and store leftovers. Here are my adaptations to the recipe:Used chicken tenders vs breast, substituted shredded zucchini for spinach and used ½ teaspoon Italian Herb Better Than Bouillon for the chicken bouillon granules and reduced to 1/4 C sun-dried tomatoes.
This recipe was quick and easy!Making this treat allows plenty of time to cook the main meal and whip up this tasty bread accompaniment!Used a long and thin baguette so the quantities of ingredients were slightly less. Also, added a bit of oregano and salt.I would recommend adding a little something for depth of flavor like mayonnaise, Worchester sauce and/or Romano Cheese.
I made this in my new Joyce Chen wok. It was fabulous!Indeed, it was quick and easy to make. I toasted the sesame seed in the air fryer. The changes I made were to use 1/2 cup bagged shredded carrots. For fun I served it over hash browns. It's a winner beef dinner!
“Yes, I’ll Marry You Again,” said my husband.I love that this recipe is a one pan dish! This is a perfect 1st course dish for me. As an entrée it would be just a bit too filling for me. I need room for dessert!Next time I make this I will add slightly a bit more cream, cream cheese or sour cream.Something else I loved was the gnocchi browned slightly in the bacon dripping, this added texture, color and additional flavor. The beauty of this meal is that is quick and allows time for pre-making salad and dessert.
Great recipe for beginner cooks! My husband says the house smells wonderful – like a 5!! Served this over Vermont cheddar mashed potatoes and a side of zucchini. I do wish the chicken cooked-up crispier like those of the flour, egg, breadcrumbs dredge. I did add an extra sprinkle of rosemary
Easy Peasy!Great recipe for beginner cooks just breaking into the pasta scene.I thought the sauce on this recipe was a little loose, so I stirred the parmesan into mixture rather than putting on top of the finished dish. Additionally, my tastebuds said it needed a bit of freshness and flavor, so I added a sprinkle of fresh chopped parsley and then hand grated a touch of parmesan on top. Finally, a couple of shakes of crushed red pepper and dinner served.
Noodles and More! All the Asian flavors you would expect in a simplified recipe that you didn’t anticipate. This dish is a great introduction for beginner cooks to Asian cooking. The prep time, for me, was a bit more than the 15 minutes listed in the recipe. While enjoying eating this dish, I wished for more vegetables and a bit of spice. However, I did have seconds.Since our little family is just the two of us, we had plenty of leftovers. Therefore, I added 1 cup of chopped zucchini to the leftovers. The only change I made was to use peanut oil vs canola oil.Linguine with savory sauce is so comforting!
