I made these using thick-cut boneless pork chops and they turned out tender and delicious! Lots of natural juices from the pork mixed in with the sauce, which was wonderful. The sauce was chef’s kiss!
I had no idea what to expect by these but they are DELISH! Who knew a cross between a brownie and an oatmeal raisin cookie would be so good? They might even be good with some chocolate chips added. Definitely follow the instructions to make sure they aren’t overly set when you pull them, as they end up so soft when made as written!
