Grinch Punch

This festive green punch is a wonderful, awful idea for a holiday party! It's so easy to make and your guests will enjoy it so much that your heart might just grow three sizes that day.

Ingredients

  • 2 quarts lime sherbet, sitting at room temperature for a few minutes to soften

  • 1 liter chilled lemon-lime soda (such as Sprite)

  • 8 cups (1/2 gallon) chilled Hawaiian Punch Green Berry Rush juice drink

  • 2 cups chilled pineapple juice, plus more for coating the glass rims

  • Red sanding sugar, for coating the glass rims

Directions

  1. Scoop the softened lime sherbet into the bottom of a large punch bowl.

  2. Pour the lemon-lime soda, Hawaiian Punch, and 2 cups pineapple juice over the sherbet and stir.

  3. Place red sanding sugar in a shallow dish, and some additional pineapple juice in a separate shallow dish. Dip the rims of your serving glasses in the pineapple juice, then in the sanding sugar to coat the rims generously.

  4. Ladle the punch into the prepared glasses.
