4 cream-filled chocolate sandwich cookies (such as Oreo®), crushed into fine crumbs

3 tablespoons whole milk

1/4 teaspoon baking powder
Directions

Grease a small mug with a bit of butter, oil, or non-stick cooking spray.

Mix Oreo cookie crumbs, whole milk, and baking
powder in a small bowl until well combined. -
Pour into the prepared mug and microwave for 1 1/2 minutes. Let cool.
Cook’s Note
I pulverized my Oreos in my Ninja Bullet Blender. You can use a food processor or place Oreos in a plastic baggie and crush with a rolling pin.
This recipe was developed in a 1000-watt microwave. Depending on the wattage of your microwave, you may need to microwave for more or less time.
