I love this recipe and get tons of compliments every time I make it. Re: where to find raspberry baking chips, I go to the Prepared Pantry website. They are called "Raspberry Tidbits" (Gourmet Fruit Baking Chips) and taste like real raspberries, minus the sogginess of real ones! You will only need to add 1/3 to 1/2 of the tidbits package for the recipe. I also add white chocolate chips.

Worth the effort
I left the sugar out and added a 1/2 cup of freshly chopped jalepeno's, teaspoon of lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon each of salt and pepper. Cool and spicey now.
I made a double batch of these for my father ans sisters family. No one could tell it was made from plant based meat product. The recipe was super easy to make. Every one that had a chimi was very impressed and said they’d like me to make them again and put in the freezer for later meals. Ty so much was excellent. This is a happy repeat recipe.
I saw this and had everything to make it. While I was very cautious with the sour cream because just looking at the 16oz of sour cream, I was very worried that it was going to be too much. And I was right. I followed everything else as written far as the fruit and marshmallows were concerned, but after mixing a little bit of sour cream in at a time to where I felt it was just enough to be creamy but yet not so much that it was drowning in sour cream. I did add a small jar of maraschino cherries at the very end after they were well drained. Then topped with some granola per serving. I'll make again with my adjustments but not as written with the full amount of sour cream.
These were okay. Not the best. Not everyone was really wowed by what I served them, family said they were alright to okay...little disappointed. Followed the recipe exactly to a T and the only thing that was off putting for myself was the buttermilk aftertaste. Sorry, will not make again.
