I added green onion, 2 eggs and a bit of shredded cheddar cheese.

This was a good quick meal that I've made a few ways now. This time I substituted cream cheese and added tomato sauce. It's easily adapted to the Instant Pot.

Light lemony flavour. They were good but will replace the icing next time. Prefer buttercream recipe.

I liked this as a nice creamy tomato chicken dish. I used bone in chicken thighs, and a sprinkle of paprika...just a personal preference. Simmered longer to reduce the tomato sauce before adding the cream. Tasted like a creamy chicken cacciatore. Will probably make again.

These were yummy, sweet corn bread pancakes. We served with chicken wings which seems like a strange choice, but was pretty good. Used just half of the recipe, but followed exactly...oh but halved the amount of sugar.

I made this in my pressure cooker which has a sauté setting. I used chicken quarters instead and a few garden fresh tomatoes along with a can of diced tomatoes. I initially under seasoned this, but that was easily fixed. If you use a pressure cooker to make this be sure to place the chicken on the bottom and layer tomato sauce on top, otherwise the sugars in the tomato sauce will burn. My pressure has a feature that automatically turns pressure setting off if this happens. The chicken was so tender that I decided to remove chicken from the bone and will serve with tomato sauce over couscous for dinner. I find my kids don't waste as much chicken if I debone it. I kept picking bites of it, which is a sign of a good recipe to me! Reminds me of a chicken tagine, and I'll serve it with a side of steamed carrots.

Yummy. I used cinnamon chips instead. Baked for 10 minutes. Did not grease cookie tray. Delicious.

Really liked these and will make again. I followed the recipe exactly, but next time I might try the suggestions of substituting apple sauce for olive oil.

I liked this, and could see myself making this again with other ingredients like red peppers or mushrooms. I added a bit of minced garlic and some frozen corn. Did not cook as long as recipe suggests, just 6 minutes covered and then a minute covered with cheese and breadcrumbs. Good side dish with a grilled steak.
