I did not read the instructions and added my cottage cheese to the bowl with my eggs. Not a problem! Still delicious. White this was cooking in the pan, I added garlic powder and onion powder and a twist of salt. Then, upon serving, I sprinkled it with chili lime seasoning. Delicious!!

I started making my scrambled eggs with cottage cheese about 6 mos. ago, because I love eggs - all kinds of eggs! I usually add a few drops worcestershire sauce or steak sauce and some olive oil - also a tip I read about - instead of milk, salt & pepper, I butter the pan, cook the eggs & add the cottage cheese. It's more filling & tastes great!
This was a good quick meal that I've made a few ways now. This time I substituted cream cheese and added tomato sauce. It's easily adapted to the Instant Pot.
Oh my, we get ourselves in trouble with these cookies, they are sooooo good. Followed the recipe exactly. Have made these twice in one week! Help!
