Wow amazing recipe! Let me try another one JUST to make sure...Yep still amazing! I didn't use walnuts in the mix but I did top some of the frosted ones with chopped walnuts and the others with sprinkles just because I know some were not a fan of walnuts and WOW what a moist and yummy cupcake even the next day! I love baking with zucchini, it's always a treat! I filled my cups half way, left enough room for frosting and this made more than 24, though you wont hear any complaining from my family about the extra cupcakes! :D
I always add a package of dry instant vanilla pudding mix to my cookies. I would rate 5 stars but I did make this one change which made this cookie a 10 star! LOVED IT! I will definitely make these again...but maybe not very often because we ate them all...I'll definitely need another workout this week:)
For years my in-laws have been fighting over whose lasagna was the best, so I found this recipe and thought "Why not join the competition, I'll give it a try". This was SO good that they don't even talk to me anymore. Mind you I didn't add any pork because my Sis in law hates pork unless it's bacon or breakfast sausage and made me absolutely promise that I didn't add any pork because if I did add pork she would lose her dinner at the table right then and there even if she couldn't taste it. Also my other sis in law had bad gas but I think that was from her being lactose intolerant and not letting me know when she ate all that cheese and ice cream on her apple dump cake...needless to say the event was a flop but hey, there were no leftovers! I'll make this again...for my kids...who loved it the way it was.
I wanted to try a new beans and franks recipe just because I had some apple sauce kicking around I wanted to use up, and I'm very sorry I did. My whole family hated it including my little boy. . I followed this recipe except for the onion...which is good cause I just would have wasted a 1/4 cup of onion too. It's safe to say I'll stick to my old fashioned beans and franks recipe. =)

We're not a huge fan of spicey and I wanted to try something different with our polish sausage. Instead I replaced the hot sauce with some maple syrup and added a bit of cornstarch and cold water to a jar, shook it up well, then added that to the boiling sauce to thicken it up before pouring it over the sausage and popping it in the oven. The turned out really nice and everyone liked it! I'll definitely make this again, and maybe even try the hot pepper sauce sometime:)
