Fails WP:NFOOTY (single appearance in a non-fully professional league) and WP:BASIC (couldn't find significant coverage in my search on Google) so far as I can see. Unless someone can find sources that I can't see and show that he passes BASIC, Bircan is not notable. JavaHurricane 07:47, 12 October 2021 (UTC)
