Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 16 servings

  • 1 (16 ounce) package ripe strawberries - cleaned, hulled and diced

  • 2 tablespoons white sugar, or more to taste

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions

  1. Combine strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a blender (such as Vitamix®); blend until smooth. Store in the refrigerator in a sealed container or freeze.
