Original recipe (1X) yields 9 servings 2 cups sifted all-purpose flour 2 teaspoons baking powder ½ teaspoon salt ¾ cup white sugar ¼ cup unsalted butter, softened 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 large egg ½ cup milk 2 cups frozen blueberries 1 tablespoon white sugar ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon Directions Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Butter a 9x9-inch cake pan. Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside. Cream sugar, butter, and vanilla together in another bowl. Add egg and beat well.
