Original recipe (1X) yields 12 servings ¼ cup warm water 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed 2 over-ripe bananas, mashed ½ cup applesauce ½ cup grated carrots ½ cup vegetable oil ½ cup almond milk 2 tablespoons brown sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour ½ cup quick oats 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg ½ teaspoon baking soda ½ teaspoon ground cloves ½ teaspoon salt Directions Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin. Mix together warm water and ground flaxseed; let sit for 5 minutes.
