With the hot Houston summer in full force, I wanted a cool treat that I'd feel good about giving my kids a couple times a day. I came up with this yummy alternative to ice pops and ice cream bars. The number of servings may vary depending on the size of your popsicle molds.

Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 6 servings

  • 8 fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered

  • ¼ cup plain yogurt

  • ¼ cup apple juice

  • 2 tablespoons honey

Directions

  1. Blend strawberries, yogurt, apple juice, and honey in a blender until smooth.

  2. Pour blended mixture into ice pop molds; freeze until solid, about 12 hours.
