Ingredients

  • 1 (15.25 ounce) package lemon cake mix

  • 2 large eggs

  • cup vegetable oil

  • 1 teaspoon lemon extract

  • cup confectioners' sugar for decoration

Directions

  1. Gather the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
