Izy’s passion for baking (and all things food) started from a young age when her Italian-American mum introduced her to favorite family recipes, like chocolate chip cookies and tiramisu. This inspired Izy to start her award-winning food blog at the age of 15, to document the recipes she was making. Since then she has written, styled and shot two of her own cookbooks and gained a BSc in Food Science & Nutrition. Now she works in London as a recipe developer, food photographer and stylist.

Since 2011, Izy Hossack has been developing, testing and photographing unique recipes for her blog, Top With Cinnamon.
