I followed others and cut cauliflower into large florets. Poured the oil , minced garlic (4 cloves) , lemon juice and red pepper flakes into large bag then added cauliflower. Once combined spread out on parchment paper lined baking sheet then sprinkled with kosher salt and ground pepper. Added small amount of grated Parmesan for last 15 minutes of roasting .
Easy, yummy. Didn't measure out perfectly, replaced red pepper with smoked paprika. Liked by all, even the teens. I had two nice sliced cuts and then a bunch of loose cauliflower. The parchment helps with easy cleanup.
I think next time I would add an egg to the noodles to bind them. When I went to take them out of the muffin tin they were falling apart. For the most part they were good!
