You only need a single 10oz box of shells. I used the whole container of ricotta cheese and spicy Italian sausage. Best shells I've had.

HUGE success. Do not change a thing about this recipe. I ended up cooking it all on my grill so it didn't quite take 25 minutes. I was able to pull the chicken off after about 15-20 minutes and they were done perfectly. My 14 y/o son at 2 of these!!!

Very good recipe. I made the patties into meatballs and flattened after the first flip. Yummy!!
