Great flavors
This is very good soup. I used cremini mushrooms and lactose free milk and I didn't have thyme so I tried fresh basil instead and blended it right in with an immersion blender. Delicious flavor! There is just no comparison between this and canned cream of mushroom soup. They are entirely different foods. Yummy!

Best Damn Chili.
Great flavors
I changed this a little. I don't care for alcohol so I used water instead of beer and white wine. Also didn't want it too spicy, so the only pepper I used was the bell pepper and I used a little less chili powder than called for. It was tasty!

Delicious! I didn't have a lemon, so I used a lime instead. Also I prefer avocado oil to olive oil almost always, so I subbed that. I did add a bit of juice from the chickpeas to get the texture just right. So good, thanks!
