Ingredients

  • 1- Milk powder (1 cup heaped)

  • 2-Ground pistachio 2tbs

  • 3- Cardamon powder 1/3 ts

  • 4-Flour ½ ts (leveled)

  • 5-Baking powder 1 ts

  • 6-Oil 1 tbs

  • 7-Egg 1

  • 8-Milk 2 liter

  • 9-Sugar 1 cup or to taste

Directions

  1. First of all, add milk in a skillet and place on the stove on medium heat and let boil, then add sugar and reduce the heat, let it thicken, till remains half in quantity.

  2. Then in a large bowl - Mix all the dry ingredients .

  3. Beat the egg separately and keep it a side.

  4. Add oil in the dry mix and crumble with hands or you can use a whisk or hook attachment as well.

  5. Gradually pour egg in the crumble, keep whisking gently, you may don’t have to add the whole egg, so don’t pour in all at once. When forms a smooth dough, and oil separates, make balls. This quantity takes almost 14-15 balls depending on the size you make.Don’t let the balls rest you have drop them immediately into the milk. Cook them on high heat, gently pressing them downwards. When they have doubled in size, turn the flame off. Chill into the fridge for at least half an hour and serve ;) ;)
