Ingredients

  • 1 dozen eggs

  • 1 cup water

Directions

  1. Put rack inside of pressure cooker.

  2. Place eggs on rack in cooker.

  3. Pour in water.

  4. Put on the lid and manually set the pot at high pressure for 6 minutes.

  5. When cooking time is done, quick release and remove lid.

  6. Remove eggs carefully from pot to cool, as they will be very hot.
