Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Lemon Aioli

Ingredients

  • 1 Box Brussel Sprouts

  • Olive Oil

  • S&P

  • 6 Tbsp Mayonaise

  • 1/4 tsp Minced Garlic

  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice

  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Flat Leaf Parsley

Directions

  1. Preheat Oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Toss Brussel Sprouts in Olive Oil and S&P and spread on baking sheet

  3. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown on one side

  4. While roasting: Mix all other ingredients for sauce

  5. Serve sauce on side or drizzle over top lightly
