Super easy and taste as good as the real thing! I made both circles and one big flat sheet and preferred the circle method. For me, it was easier to get them really thin which is key to getting them crispy. So glad to have this recipe and will try adding some different flavours too.

Worth the effort
I made these today, following the recipe's ingredients exactly. I tried both methods - rolling into small balls/ pressing and rolling pin, cutting out. I found the "dough" dried out as I was rather slow, but adding a small amount of water worked well. To speed up the process, I would use rolling pin next time for all of the dough. I like tamari - adds enough salt for my taste.

I love these crackers, but they cost so much money. This recipe duplicates them perfectly! The name brand cracker on the left. The homemade cracker on the right!

Orange and Saffron Panettone
My friend gave me a loaf of this bread (a whole loaf!)--she's the recipe submitter. It is an amazing creation--a toasted and buttered slice is a dream breakfast. I was hoping my husband would continue to think he wouldn't like it so I could have it all to myself, but he toasted a slice and loved it too. There is so much going on flavorwise, but nothing overwhelms. Perfect. Thank you, Frances!
