I added a little garlic with the onion, and used Castello cheese instead of Stilton. The Castello resulted in a beautiful creamy flavour, without any sharpness and didn't overwhelm the broccoli at all. The result was a great hit with everyone!

Favorite Fisherman's Pie
Loved this pie. Flavour was excellent. Just a little too much milk. So next time I will judge the sauce by sight rather than just using all of the milk. My fault and still a great dinner was had by all. Even the leftovers were good the next day .

No-Bake Strawberry Shortcake

I changed it a little, by placing my strawberries on top, sprinkling with sugar snd then baking. The strawberries become sticky and yummy. Served with fresh strawberries and cream, it was a real hit with my family.

So simple to prepare. Flavour is excellent. Followed the recipe to the letter. Everyone at home loves it, either as a dip or on toast, even for breakfast!
