Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole
Family favorite
I was out of sour cream so I used my buttermilk instead and it turned out so light/airy and fluffy...I finished it off with local raw/unfiltered honey and Garam Masala Warm.

Chef John's Cream Cheese Frosting
I doubled the recipe's butter & cream cheese, vanilla but only used 2 cups confec. surgar as we don't like really sweet icing it was great!
