Yum. This is delicious. I took everyone’s suggestions. Did not have rice wine so I used dry vermouth doubles the sauce added some baby Bella’s red peppers and bamboo shoots. The put on top of jasmine rice. OMG

Made this the first time last night. Only reason I gave it a five is because of the number of pots and pans used. The dish turned out amazing. Delicious two women, sad to admit, ate almost half. Today for lunch it was just as good. I may reduce the butter and increase the lemon flavor for the sauce. Add some fresh Parmesan on top and a baguette even better. Another idea is the offer it as a side dish. Put everything together minus the chicken. You can then offer the chicken separate or another meat.

We enjoyed making this and then sitting down and eating WOW! So tasty. Salmon use to be so boring now a little pizazz.

Best salmon recipe ever. Made it with Norwegian salmon. It was like eating candy. We will make this again.
