Excellent, but I made some changes: I used convection oven at 400. Ingredients were Brussels sprouts, pepper, 1 corn cut into 4ths; green beans, mushroom, 1 red potato, and 1 red onion. Once cut up I added all in bag with olive oil; then dumped into a 9x13 glass pan. To that I Added herb du province, salt, pepper, oregano, rosemary; then balsamic. Cooked for 30 min, then covered with foil for another 20. Added a handful of chapped parsley and turned the oven off and left it while making salmon with teriyaki on the stove for about 15 minutes. Came out awesome!
Added 18 middlemen clams and a turkey kielbasa to recipe. Substituted old bay, 2 bay leafs, black pepper, and pickling spices for crab boil as I can’t that in my local stores. Substituted little potatoes for medium potatoes. Used 5 cloves garlic. Boiled the onion lemon and spices first, then added little potatoes and clams for 5 minutes at high boil; then corn for 5 minutes more; check clams and if opened, then turned off heat and add shrimp (peeled with tails on) and turkey kielbasa cut into 1 inch pieces for 5 minutes more until shrimp pink
