Made this last night & it was fantastic! Used a Cabernet as thatvwas the only red wine I had available and it was perfect! Will make this again & again!

Made this for my Dad & family for his Fathers Day dinner-what a hit! I did add zucchini to the mix & just a dash of crushed red pepper, otherwise pretty much stayed with the recipe. It was so good! Will definitely be making this one again! Thanks for sharing!

This was really good! I added chicken sautéed in olive oil, garlic & onion. The husband had 2 helpings (that never happens!). This is a keeper!

Had to broil it as its only 17 degrees outside today, and it was just awesome! Served with roasted potatoes & sautéed green beans-definitely a keeper!
