One of our favorites. Only thing I changed the second time was I used Dijon mustard because that's my go to and it was even more of a hit. Even my son who isn't a big pork chop fan loves these.
I made this more of a club sandwich by grilling the center bread. It holds the piled high goodies. I also made thousand island dressing. The saurkraut can be a touch sweeter if you fry it first in pan with bacon grease or butter. Delicious
I had plenty of rare leftover rib eye and chunked it to 1/2". Used a cab-sauv. Also added 1/2 cup celery. Used store bought crust. Easy and delicious with that touch of savory. Had to take picture before it was gone.
Easy recipe. I never buy buttermilk as I always make the substitute. Light cookies, good flavor. Cooking time was 10 minutes for a small cookie for me.
Dont fret about not having sauce in pantry, make this!!! Great flavor. Color of sauce will depend on the kind of chili powder you use. Thickens up nice, makes 2+ cups.
Very good. Full of flavors you keep going back for. Used a piece of wax paper to press into pan.
