Thank you, Ms. Scott, for sharing this recipe! I was bored with my usual tuna salad recipe and this one turned out to be a very refreshing change. It is aptly named as the crunchiness from the ingredients makes for a wonderful mix. I followed the directions as written and everyone in my home enjoyed this salad. I will definitely make it again.

Pesto is my favorite sauce. However, I've been feeling guilty about how often I've made the rest of the clan enjoy one pesto dish after another. So, I was VERY thrilled when I tried this recipe and it turned out to be SO good! Even the pickiest eaters at the table enjoyed it. Thank you for sharing what has now become my second favorite "treatment" to do to pasta. This dish was very good and, even though I was nervous the first time I tried it, it turned out to be pretty easy to make as well. I made this as directed and served it with steamed vegetables and some grilled chicken with red onions. This will definitely be in our regular dinner rotation.

Cube steaks are quite often on sale where I live, and I was about to stop buying them prior to trying this recipe, as I never loved them. These were, without a doubt, the best cube steaks I’ve ever made for my family. Gone are the days of the tough and overly-dry cube steaks! This recipe was so easy to follow, too. I love potato salad – but I’ve never made it. So, I decided to give this one a try and take it to a neighborhood fish fry. Wow! It is awesome. Everyone loved it and wanted the recipe.
