I cut the recipe in half since there are just 2 of us. It tastes great!Next time I’ll put the fancy cuts on top :)

Baked for 33 minutes. Delicious!I added a Greek spice mixture to the olive oil before I brushed it on. Added a few drops of lemon juice to each slice and a shake of Parmesan after they came out of the oven. Definitely will make again.

Made exactly as written. A keeper! Simple. Delicious. No frosting required. My hot oven took 25 minutes in an 8 x 8 glass pan.

Delicious! I made this as written and it came out delicious. The only thing I might change next time is to mash the bananas up before folding in. This recipe is now my go-to for banana bread.

Delicious and easy! No icing required. When I initially rolled them out there were 14 cookies so I cut each one in half to make them last a little longer. I used strawberry jam. I’m doubling the recipe next time. These will not last long!Added: My oven runs hot so these took 12 minutes. Keep an eye on them to gauge your time.

Delicious!I didn’t have the can of regular corn so I made a steamable packet and added that instead. No spicy peppers for me just green peppers. Everything else I made as written. So good and so easy.In my opinion, the sour cream is optional because it didn’t add much to the dish. Looked like ricotta when baked. I may omit it next time.Thank you for sharing this.
