Per other reviews, I decreased the salt to 1/2 tsp and added 1/2 tsp of minced garlic. I put a sprinkle of cheddar cheese on top of each. So good! Also, as other reviewers suggested I transferred the dough straight from the cookie dough scoop to the powder sugar. Handling it less helped with the stickiness as well. Thanks for this keeper recipe! Helpful (0) Zippy Chicken Corn Chowder 01/19/2013 This was really yummy! The cubed chicken didn't get very tender, so next time I am going to try this in the crock pot. However, the flavor of the broth was delicious and we really enjoyed this soup. Helpful (1) Creamy Chicken and Wild Rice Soup 01/14/2013 With a few tweaks, this was a wonderful soup. It definitely needed veggies- carrots and celery were a must. I sauteed these for a few minutes first with some onion. Also- as another reviewer mentioned, 1% milk was rich enough in this creamy soup. We will make this again- thanks! Helpful (0) Raspberry Thumbprint Cookies 12/16/2012 These are wonderful! As suggested by other reviews, I added an extra 1/4 cup of flour, did not soften the butter, and baked at 340 degrees. They came out perfect. Helpful (1) Gourmet Mushroom Risotto 12/12/2012 This was delicious! I decreased the mushrooms by 1/2 as it seemed like a lot of mushrooms and we loved it. Helpful (0)
