Golden Sweet Cornbread.
I did not make any changes and it came out perfect. I made mine as muffins and baked them for 18 minutes. I filled the tins about 3/4 full. The toothpick came out clean and they were delicious.
I am sure there are more variations that are just as good. Next time I will try the recipe that has cheese and jalapenos. Don't be afraid of this one folks. Served hot with real butter and honey? Just made the elk chilli even better.
