Great hit with the kids! I followed the recipe, with a few exceptions. I didn't have sour cream so I used about 1/3C of plain Greek yogurt, which was fine. I wish added about half a cup of black beans, I would definitely recommend doing that. I added some thinly sliced poblano on half (some here don't like peppers), it looked nice but didn't add much flavor. One kid called this Taco Bell Lasagna, as I make alot of Mexican food and this is the most Americanized dish I've made.

First time making a cake for me, I followed the recipe as is and it turned out great! Except for the mess in my oven when the cake batter overflowed. I must've used too small a pan. I topped the cake with a caramel frosting recipe that I found here, it paired very well. Thanks.
