Lemon Lover's Pound Cake.
Made this cake for my sons 18th birthday, it is very good but very dense, I baked it a little to long to make sure it got done, but it is delish! Just dont overbake!

Could I reduce the amount of sugar since I only have sweetened coconut?and still have them come out ok?

Easy Baked Pork Chops.
I think its kinda funny how people are so critical of a recipe by saying things like "it lacked flavor". These recipes are subject to personal interpretation, any person who cooks on a regular basis knows how to season meat, to add flavor, if you are blindly following a recipe and not making any adjustments ever, then maybe cooking isn't for you. this sounds delish.

Shrimp Linguine Alfredo Recipe.
this is a must save!!!!!! the sauce is FANTASTIC , and super easy, even for a beginner. I love to cook, and work in a restaurant so I know great food! I doubled plus the sauce, and added extra cheese, amazing. so good. thanks for this great one!!!!!!

Warm Jalapeno Cheese Dip.
I loved this dip, and so did my husband, I did change the salsa to a fresh cup of pico de galo, (available in grocery store already chopped) and added chopped jalepeno peppers for extra spice.I also used sharp cheddar and monterey jack mixture instead of pepper jack, since I added my own peppers. Great recipe!!!!! a must have in your box!!!!!!!!!
