This recipe is the closest I've found, to the salsa my local Mexican restaurant serves. I left out the Serrano's and put in a little bit of jalapeno. Be careful with the salt . I added more because I thought it was on the bland side. Next thing I know it's over salted. For my taste probably cut down the cilantro a little bit. I'll definitely play around with this recipe. I cut the salt to 2tsp maybe 3. The salt seems to come out more once it cools. I added about 1 tbs of cumin. Couldn't be easier made it twice now and it freezes well.
it was okay. I wasn't sure whether to drain the beans or not.
