Super easy! Big hit with the kids. I used Bisquick. I cooked & browned the sausage before putting in the batter, i don't know how that would work if you didn't cook it. I also served it with country gravy.

Orange Chicken.
The orange sauce is excellent. Cooking the chicken for 6 people was a long task but still good!
