Slow Cooker Kielbasa and Peppers

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz) Kielbasa

  • 1 medium onion

  • 1 green pepper, thickly sliced

  • 1 red pepper, thickly sliced

  • 1 (14 0z) Tomato Sauce

  • 1 T grated parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • 1/2 tsp italian seasoning

  • 1/2 tsp white sugar

Directions

  1. Boil Kielbasa for 10-20 mins.

  2. Place everything in the slow cooker. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.

  3. Serve on 6 inch hoagie buns or over rice or noodles.
