Delicious! I also sautéed onions, garlic, and green peppers in a pan of butter and then cooked the fish in the butter.

emrja reviewed stearnsl’s Soft Sugar Cookies Recipe. 12/24/2019
I used all butter and half the salt. Rolled out the dough to use cookie cutters. Came out with good texture and softness. I’ll add some stuff next time to add more flavor, like almond or lemon extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

emrja reviewed John Mitzewich’s Quick and Easy Paella. 07/03/2017
Came out good. I added marinated chicken as substitute for half the shrimp. I was wise to use 2 1/2 c broth because there was 2 1/4 c left after boiling with shells for 20 minutes. But the rice still didn't seem quite done so maybe I'll add more broth next time so I can cook it for a few more minutes. Also I diced the red pepper and sautéed it with the meat mixture a little before adding the rice.

emrja reviewed Daix’s Shrimp Curry (My Dear Mudder's Version) Recipe. 02/21/2017
Perfect combination of heat and sweet. The thickness of the curry sauce is perfect. Very wholesome, easy, and quick dinner even if uncooked shrimp are used.

emrja reviewed LASUG’s Lemon Thyme Rice Recipe. 12/18/2016
I used a little less than 1 tsp of dried thyme, 1 clove of crushed garlic, and juice from half of a medium lemon. Came out perfect and my family loved it!

emrja reviewed John Mitzewich’s Chef John's Lobster Mac and Cheese. 09/05/2016
I didn't make any changes and it came out delicious! I'm a huge Chef John fan so I'm not surprised. Since I had never cooked lobster before, it definitely helped to watch the video first.
