These were great cookies. I made them by dropped spoonfull the first night and then rolled up and refrigerated the leftover dough and sliced them up in the morning and they were much better consistency when done that way so from now on i will roll this dough and slice. Excellent!
This is by far the best sugar cookie recipe ever. It rolls out BEAUTIFULLY. I didn't change a thing! Just make sure you stir in your flour mixture, NOT beat it in! It will keep your dough tender :)
These are insanely good! My 7 year old won't stop talking about them. Both my kids (4 and 7) ate them WITHOUT syrup, they were so good. They are the fluffiest of any recipe I have EVER tried, will not look any further for a pancake recipe, and this is simple as well. The only thing I added was a little vanilla extract to the batter.
