Added a little extra honey and cooked it down much longer than the recipe called for. After I followed the recipe instructions I added chicken thighs and cooked for another hour. It was thick and delicious!

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup.
Delicious! Great recipe for leftover Christmas spiral ham. I added great white Northern beans and left out the celery (just didn't have it). Also added a little sharp cheddar cheese to the pot and it is a delicious chowder!

these were delicious! I used the National Hebrew hot dogs with finely shredded Tillamook extra sharp cheddar. no pickles. they were rich but so good and easy to make. stuck to the pan a bit so maybe try baking spray.

Pollo Guisado
I made this for my Puerto Rican husband. I added Spanish olives, as he loves them. He said this was authentic as if he were home. We loved this recipe, and plan to make it on a regular basis.
