Awesome ! I just mixed all ingredients together like others did they were so good! Had a few left over warmed up in oven to crisp up and they are just as good reheated! Will make again!
This bread is AWESOME!! My kids (7 & 3) made this yesterday. Used the 9 x 13 pan as suggested and 1/2 of it gone already! I only made 1/2 the batter and did not have buttermilk but substituted 1cup milk and 1tbs vinegar (stirred and let sit for 10min) then used what was needed for the recipe. So moist and full of banana flavor!! This is a keeper!! Thanks
these were really good after reading reviews I started them on the stove and then transferred them to a wire rake on a cookie sheet to get "cripsy" put the oven to 450 and continued to baste them while they cooked. I also added cornstarch to the sauce before hand to thicken it up a bit and I did not use all the sugar suggested. Seemed a bit much. Although the flavor was good I think it would be best on a meatier piece of chicken-thigh, breast, leg.
I am doing legs tonight and going to use this sauce my kids loved the wings so Im sure they will love the legs!
DELISH!!
Was looking for something different to do with chicken that my kids would eat after reading reviews and making sure I had all the ingredients I threw this together. So easy!! I of course did not have the "goya" brand or the adobo but I dont think that mattered much.
My kids *9,4 and 16mths* loved them! They tasted even better today for lunch and I am not a fan of leftovers!
This is a keeper for sure!
This sauce was wonderful! I did not bread or fry the chicken as the recipe states instead i baked them skin on and used the sauce as a glaze. I doubled the sauce. I did marinate for about an hour like someone else with half the sauce. The other half I placed in a pot and cooked on the stove adding corn starch to thicken which made the chicken sticky and just yummy!
I have also used the sauce on cubed chicken breast which i did coat in flour and fry..yummy over rice...
Thanks!!
made these today with red velvet and cream cheese icing...so far so good! I allowed the cake to cool completely and then added icing. They stayed together pretty well. I put them in the freezer to harden before dipping in chocolate.
