This was so simple and absolutely delicious!! Was a huge hit. I doubled the recipe and added fresh spinach.

I ended up adding cauliflower florets and some milk. Turned out great!!

This was an awesome quick dinner! My son loved it. Instead of stirring in a bowl to coat, I tossed it in a baggie. I also bought precooked shrimp and just sprinkled it in the hot food once it was all done. It warmed up the shrimp just fine.

It’s tasty but I used tomato sauce and water instead of tomato juice and white northern and black beans.

Turned out perfectly! Easy and delicious. I put mozzarella cheese on top and used a kabob spike to test the noodles to ensure they were done. I just poked it in like a giant toothpick. I used pasta sauce and petite diced tomatoes with Italian seasoning. I also used ricotta cheese instead of cottage cheese.

I tried this recipe as I wanted to try something different from my traditional peppers with barley and lots of sauce inside the meat mixture. It was ok. Bland and a bit too dry for me but my son liked it.
