Loved this recipe. I followed the suggestion of another and simmered it uncovered and it thickened up nicely. It was a little bit sweet for my taste so I plan on halving the sugar next time.

Awesome cookie!! I made the cookies and then read the reviews so i was concerned that i'd have problems but i have to say that it worked perfectly! i followed the instructions and it went according to plan. One reviewer noted that user her stand mixer for the dough made a difference and i have to agree. i think ensuring the sugars and butter and pb are adequately creamed makes all the difference.

The texture of this cake is nice but it's not very chocolatey and has an off flavor to it. The next time I want cake, I'll just wait until I have eggs on hand.

Too sweet and too much like very thick sludge. It's nothing like I was expecting and even a small amount was too much.

Good but not great. It was basic cornbread but nothing to write home about.
