Creative Caterer’s
Brussels Sprouts Gratin Recipe.
Before the meal was done being eaten, my family was already asking when I was going to make it again! Couple alterations I made: instead of heavy cream I used leftover Broccoli/bacon soup which was made using heavy cream. For the cheese I used a 3 cheese mix I had on hand (Parm, Asiago, and Romano).

Garlic Roasted Chicken and Potatoes.
definitely going on my list of easy and delicious dinners. I substituted maple syrup with a tablespoon of caramelized brown sugar and I also added a pinch of minced garlic and pepper to the butter sauce. Dad tested, and kids approved. thanks for the recipe!
