I made the following changes because it is what I had on hand: used dry herbs instead of fresh; added 2 tbps of pasta water to marry the sauce; used angel hair pasta instead of linguini. I did not add white pepper (didn’t have any) so I doubled the black pepper. I also doubled the shrimp because I didn’t have any scallops. I would make this recipe again. It was very good and took less than a half hour to make!
I made this recipe as is with the exception of cutting the pineapple into spears instead of rings. Turned out really juicy and REALLY sweet! I actually dipped mine in a bit of salt as I was eating to cut the sweetness some. Would be really good in a cole slaw or in a margarita!
