Boilermaker Tailgate Chili.
I usually make a very simple chili with beans, meat and chili powder--- boy did this blow my husband away! I will use this as my standard from now on. I didn't have bell peppers or chilis but used diced tomatoes for chili.

Easy Ham and Cheese Appetizer Sandwiches.
TO DIE FOR! My grandma first made these for my husband and I and wqe finished off 2 batches! We couldn't wait to get home a try it. The only changes I made was to use honey mustard instead of dijon. Also didn't use the poppy seeds. Very easy and delicious!

Banana Cake.
This is a huge hit with my family! I really love the moistness of this cake and the cream cheese icing is too die for! A great way to use up the overripe bananas. I do find that I have to bake it a little longer than directed.

Florentine Artichoke Dip.
This is one of my alltime favorites! I have made this over and over again. I follow the recipe exactly as is. It has become a family favorite and a mainstay at all of our gatherings. I repeatedly have requests for this recipe!
