Fig and Olive Tapenade.
Wow, this was AMAZING. As per some comments, I added a little more balsamic vinegar and used REALLY big garlic cloves to punch up the flavour. I soaked my dried rosemary in olive oil and strained it out into the dish as the rosemary was said not to break down well. But this was a great, very deep flavour with a lot of layers, definitely will make again!
