Easy Oatmeal Muffins Recipe.
I think substituting brown sugar for white sugar would've made a huge difference. I doubled it, added 1 tablespoon vanilla, 1 tsp cinnamon and substituted 2 packets of instant snickerdoodle oatmeal for 3/4 of a cup of oatmeal and added an additional cup of oatmeal to make it a full cup. I think next time I'll add more cinnamon and vanilla and a bit more sugar.

Banana Pancakes.
It's delicious and easy to make. I used about 7 small bananas and made a triple batch to freeze for my kids. It was amazing and hard to refuse another pancake. I did add about 3/4 tsp cinnamon and 1 tsp of artificial vanilla to my triple batch and they were like banana bread pancakes! Yum! Will definitely make again!

Creamy Garlic Pasta
It lacked flavor. I added so extra seasoning to it my daughter called it garlic bread pasta. I added probably 7 or so more seasonings and I still thought it bland. Green top onions would've been a nice addition to it.
