Zucchini Brownies.
I LOVE this recipe!! I made it last summer too (zucchini from our garden)! I ALSO made a special one for my daughter. She found out this year that she needs to be on a special diet. I just substituted with Red Mill 1 to 1 (gluten free flour) & Country Crock Plant Butter. Came out great!! She is so excited to try it Other than that……I wouldn’t adjust a thing

Delicious!!! I know people mentioned not to over cook them......but don't under cook them either. Make sure they have golden brown edges :).
