I’d make this again. Next time, I would double the onion and green peppers, the herbs and I’d put exactly the amount of turkey the recipe calls for for us. I might even add a shake of hot sauce. A little more decisive spicing would be an improvement for us.

Would use twice the number of mushrooms and maybe a zucchini. I’d rather increase the vegetables and reduce the carbs. Could substitute beans for chicken
